Divine, nicely appointed with a pleasant reception.

I had a pleasant experience here, everything was fine, the location was unbeatable just next door to zoo and many facilities and university. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. The rooms were immaculate & tidy instead of duvet on bed.

We've stayed here before and liked this place. The full English breakfast was perfect and vegan with croissant, toast plus cooked to perfection. Generally everything was pleasant, nevertheless the bathroom was very tiny. It was central and close to Bbc Bristol.

Beautiful historical hotel with very central position, good value for price. Particularly nice view, a small balcony, good bed, too. The impeccable service and attention to detail from highly professional staff.

By and large, it was best base for sightseeing in Bristol, had much fun. I stayed in the room that was cleaned and available with coffee and tea plus chocolate. Having a shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

Good value for cost, taking into account other Bristol's options. All tidy, fantastic staff and location. Lots of food at breakfast, I loved slices of fresh bread, fruit, tea, cereal and coffee. Lovely beds, iron and ironing board, TV, and terrace were a nice touch. With efficient check-in and fast check-out, this hotel was excellent value.

Actually everything was perfectly fine. The property was fairly clean and nicely appointed. It was extremely functional, reasonably spacious room. Late check-out was useful.

Breakfast was absolutely superb, the staff was really good. I got free upgrade and loved it. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Spotless and beautiful little hotel in a super location. Fast check in and in general welcoming service.

Ideal location, efficient service, overall fairly clean place. The airport is easy to get to, it's 15 km away...

Rooms were large. It's 15 mins walk to the center. The hotel was good value.
